  • A half onion – diced
  • One 10-ounce frozen chopped spinach – drained
  • One 12-ounce of chickpea– drained
  • A half teaspoon of salt
  • A half teaspoon of cumin

Instructions

  1. Heat the extra virgin olive oil over low-medium heat in a skillet
  2. Cook onion and garlic for five minutes
  3. Stir in chickpeas and spinach
  4. Add salt and cumin to the skillet
  5. Use a spoon to stir and mash the chickpeas
  6. Cook the ingredients and remove them from the heat
