- One kilogram of beef – large pieces
- One small onion
- One teaspoon of tomato paste
- One teaspoon of plain yogurt
- One tablespoon of vinegar
- A half teaspoon of thyme
- Two tablespoons of olive oil
- One tablespoon of butter
- Salt
Instructions
- Start the process by grating the onion
- Add tomato paste, yogurt, thyme, vinegar, olive oil, and salt
- Mix these ingredients

- Cover each piece in sauce

- Place them in the freezer for five to six hours
- Remove them from the freezer and chop them into thin pieces
