  • One kilogram of beef – large pieces
  • One small onion
  • One teaspoon of tomato paste
  • One teaspoon of plain yogurt
  • One tablespoon of vinegar
  • A half teaspoon of thyme
  • Two tablespoons of olive oil
  • One tablespoon of butter
  • Salt


  1. Start the process by grating the onion
  2. Add tomato paste, yogurt, thyme, vinegar, olive oil, and salt

  7. Place them in the freezer for five to six hours
