  • One kilogram of beef
  • 300 grams of tail fat
  • One glass of milk
  • One dessert spoon of red pepper flakes
  • 50 ml of oil
  • One teaspoon of salt
  • One teaspoon of thyme
  • A half teaspoon of ground black pepper
  • One tablespoon of tomato paste
  • Four cloves of garlic – grated


  1. Chop the beef into smaller pieces
  2. Put the chopped beef into a bowl
  3. Now add the milk and chop the tail fat
  4. Use a stretch film to cover the bowl
  5. Place the meat in the fridge for five to six hours
  6. Take the meat out and put it in another bowl
  7. Add olive oil, salt, thyme, red pepper flakes, ground black pepper, grated garlic, and tomato paste
