How to make Mozaik Pasta: Chocolate Cake

Ingredients
- One cup of sugar
- One pound of petit beurre biscuits
- A half cup of cocoa powder
- One tablespoon of vanilla extract
- Four eggs
- One cup of butter
- Three ounces of bitter chocolate
Instructions
- Start the process by breaking the petit beurre biscuits into small-sized squares and setting aside
- Now, melt the chocolate and butter in a double boiler or microwave
- Whisk cocoa powder, vanilla, and sugar into the chocolate and butter mixture
- Next, whisk eggs and combine all ingredients to make a thick paste
- Use a large bowl to mix broken pieces of biscuits and chocolate mixture
- Use a clean plastic sheet to line the loaf pan
- Now fill the pan and pack the mixture down using the back of the spoon
- Smooth the top, close the edges and cover the top with plastic
- Place the Mozaik cake in the refrigerator for a few hours or overnight
- Remove the cake from the fridge and unwrap the plastic cover
- Slice the cake based on your preferences
- Serve the cake and place the remaining one in the refrigerator
