Ingredients

  • One pound of frozen shrimp – deveined
  • One teaspoon of hot paprika – smoked
  • Four cloves of garlic
  • ¼ cup of extra virgin olive oil
  • Two tablespoons of dry sherry
  • One tablespoon of chopped parsley
  • Kosher salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Add shrimp to a large-sized bowl
  2. Season the shrimp with kosher salt and paprika
  3. Slice garlic into small and thin slices
  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet
  5. Add garlic to the olive oil and cook until golden for two minutes
  6. Add shrimp to the skillet and increase heat from medium to high
  7. Toss and turn the shrimp for two minutes
  8. Add sherry and continue stirring for one minute
  9. Remove the shrimp from the heat
  10. Use parsley for garnishing and serve
