Ingredients
- Two cups of water
- One cup of sugar
- 50 grams of butter
- One cup of flour
- ¼ cup of peanuts or walnuts

Instructions
- Add water and sugar to a pot and then bring it to a boil
- Over medium-low heat, simmer the ingredients and then remove them from the heat
- Use another large pot to melt the butter
- Make sure you use a non-stick pot
- Now, add flour and peanuts to the flour
- Cook over low-medium heat for 10-15 minutes
- Continue stirring until you feel a toasted aroma
- Reduce the heat and add the boiling syrup to the pot
- Use a wooden spoon to stir the syrup until you achieve a smooth texture

- Remove from the heat and set aside to cool
