How to make Pilav (Pilaf): Turkish Pulao

Ingredients
- One cup of rice
- 50 grams of butter
- One tablespoon of vegetable oil
- One or two cups of boiling water
- Three drops of lemon juice
- Salt
Instructions
- Wash the rice under hot water
- Drain the rice and set aside
- Now melt butter in a saucepan
- Make sure the heat is low
- Next, add olive oil to the saucepan
- Add the rice to a saucepan and salt based on your taste
- Add boiling water and lemon juice to the saucepan
- Cover the saucepan and simmer
- Make sure the rice is tender and has absorbed the liquid
- Remove from saucepan and place on the serving plate
- Garnish with melted butter and lemon drops
