Ingredients
- Seven cups of water
- One cup of long-grain rice
- One 12-ounce evaporated milk
- Two cinnamon sticks
- One 14-once sweetened milk–condensed
- One cup of whole milk
- Cinnamon
Instructions
- Add cinnamon sticks, water, and rice to the saucepan
- Cook these ingredients on a medium or high heat
- Bring to a boil and cook for 15-20 minutes
- Drain liquid from the pain and remove cinnamon sticks
- Now add rice to the pan and add
- Condensed milk
- Whole milk
- Evaporated milk
- Bring to a boil and reduce the heat to low, and cook for 20 minutes
- Continue stirring to prevent milk from burning
- Pour rice into the serving cups and use cinnamon for sprinkling
