How to Make Puchero – Meat And Veggies Stew

Therefore, the preparation is simple since the components are placed in a pot with water during the cooking stage. Ingredients
- One kilogram of beef)
- Two medium potatoes
- Two medium potatoes
- One pumpkin
- 400 grams of pumpkin
- Two corn
- One onion
- One green onion
- One leek
- One carrot
- One handful of parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil
Instructions
- Fill a large pot 3/4 full of water
- Place the meat cut into pieces.
- Cook for approximately 10 minutes
- Add the parsley, green onion, and leek
- Add the corn cut into large pieces and the peeled carrot
- Next, add the onion cut in half
- Cover and let it boil for 20-30 minutes in a pot
- Add the potatoes, pumpkin, sweet potatoes, and squash
- Season with salt and pepper and cover the pot again
- Cook the stew until the sweet potatoes and potatoes are tender
- Remove the bundle of leek, parsley, and green onion
- Place the vegetables and meat without the broth on the plates
